This Watermark Image tool lets you protect or brand your photos by adding clean text or logo watermarks directly, without uploading files to a server. It supports JPG, PNG and GIF images (first frame for GIFs) and uses HTML canvas to generate a high‑quality PNG output that you can download instantly. The interface includes controls for text font, color, size, opacity, position and tiling, along with a separate logo uploader so you can stamp your brand mark across the image in a subtle, modern way.​

The design follows a light, minimal layout similar to popular online watermark and photo editing tools, making it easy to understand even for non‑technical users. Because everything runs client‑side, your images stay on your device and are never sent to any external server, which is ideal for private or commercial photos that need a secure watermarking workflow.​

How to use the watermark tool

  1. Upload your image
    • Click the “Upload image (JPG, PNG or GIF)” field and choose a photo from your device.
    • Once loaded, the preview shows your picture on a checkered background, along with its pixel dimensions under “Image: width × height”.​
  2. Add and configure a text watermark
    • In the Text watermark box, type the text you want to overlay, such as “© YourBrand” or your website URL.​
    • Choose a font style and color, then adjust the Opacity slider (for example 30–50% for a subtle watermark) and Scale to change the text size.
    • Select Single if you want one watermark in a corner or center, or Tile (repeat) if you want the text repeated diagonally across the whole image.
  3. Choose position and alignment
    • Use the Position dropdown to place the text watermark in the center or any corner (top‑left, top‑right, bottom‑left, bottom‑right).​
    • Use Align center / left / right to control how multi‑line text is aligned relative to the chosen position.
  4. (Optional) Add a logo or image watermark
    • Under Logo / image watermark, upload a small PNG/JPG logo (preferably with transparent background).​
    • Adjust the logo Opacity and Scale, and choose Single (one logo at the bottom right) or Tile (logo repeated as a pattern across the image).
  5. Apply and download
    • Click Apply watermark to render your settings onto the preview; the tool redraws your original image with the configured text and/or logo overlays.​
    • If you are satisfied with the result, click Download image to save the watermarked picture as a PNG file, ready for sharing on websites, social media, marketplaces or client deliveries.
